✦ Lymphatic Intensive Sessions - These are deep and tailored sessions exploring areas of stagnation in the body. Through use of ample warmth and a variety of tools we will support the flow and function of the vital lymphatic system which governs all immunity and healing. This is a full body lymphatic treatment with deep focus on key areas tailored to your needs including chest, abdominal, hip, head, and neck. The lymph plays a key role in all injury, illness, and pain in the body. Come ready to be transformed. These 2-3 hour sessions include intake, elemental remedies, and lymphatic bodywork incorporating gua sha, hot stones, moxibustion, and salt scrub, as needed.

3 - hour sessions have the option of adding Netra Basti (warm ghee or castor oil eye bath) and/or Pinda Sweda (warm rice ball massage) upon request.
